The construction project of Zhejiang Saihong Textile Technology Co., Ltd. with an annual production capacity of 5000 tons of spunlace non-woven fabric has complete environmental protection procedures and effectively implements the requirements of "three simultaneities". All pollution prevention and control measures have been completed in accordance with the requirements of environmental impact assessment and approval, and various comprehensive environmental management systems have been established. The monitoring results of wastewater, exhaust gas, and noise can meet the standards and requirements of environmental impact assessment and approval. All types of solid waste can be properly disposed of, and the total amount of pollutant emissions meets the requirements of environmental impact assessment. The acceptance working group believes that the project meets the conditions for completion acceptance of environmental protection facilities and agrees to pass the environmental protection acceptance of pollution prevention and control facilities.
